Huge thank you to Darrin Richardson and Brandon Wolfe for taking care of our storm damage. We had extensive roof, gutters, siding and window damage from the April 2025 storm. They worked with our insurance and made sure our home was repaired with the best materials and contractors available. All contractors were professional and gave us excellent service.

The replaced the cover on my chimney, replaced 2 shingles on my roof and cleaned out my gutters. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. Even the price was less than expected.

They did good work on my roof and gutters and siding---never had any issues .

We only needed a small repair but they were super professional and very reasonably priced. They came when they said and finished the work quickly.

Darrin R. came out to inspect my roof to see if it had any hail damage. Because I had another company doing door to door inspections and told me I had hail damage. My insurance agent suggested to have Darrin come out and look at my roof. And he was very honest and said that I did not have any hail damage. If and when I do get damage to my property, I will be calling Darrin, highly recommend him.

I noticed some water intrusion and some rotted wood in the corner of my garage in the fall of 2025. It was hard to find a roofing company willing to do the patch because it was under a deck and was an EPDM flat roof thats about 30 years old. Some of these small jobs arent worth a lot of roofing company's time but there is a significant amount of life left in my roof (maybe 10-20 years longer?) and patching it was the best option. Hometown roofing did a quality job and months earlier than I planned because of the mild winter. I will say this, if youre unfamiliar with flat roofs like I was be prepared to pay a lot more for patching and/or replacement. The material is very expensive, the labor is harder to find than for shingle roofing. Its also a smelly job, my whole garage smelled of epoxy for a few days.

These guys went above and beyond their services. Great communication through the whole process. They also did a very good job on cleaning up after the replacement of our roof and gutters as we spend alot of our time outside we didn't find a single nail which I was amazed by. They also helped me match the color that would be best for our soffit and facia wraps on our home. I will honestly say they get a 10/10 on everything. But most importantly I will say this we were never pestered on services through them like other roofing companies do or pressure you into more expensive materials. Darrin was easy to work with. The end results were fantastic. We had Champion Windows replace our windows years ago and the wraps were awful. They were damaged in the storm and the replacements were fantastic. The workers were polite and did a great job!

Five shingles blew off the roof in the windstorm 14 days ago. A bundle of shingles was shipped in, and the color was a match after 22 years. I asked and received a follow up inspection to verify all the missing shingles were replaced. That you for the final inspection. i will call when it the roof needs replacing.

Weve had to use Hometown Roofing twice this year for wind damaged shingles. Both times we have been impressed by their responsiveness. We hope not to have any more wind events where we need repairs, but will absolutely call them for the repairs.

They're good at working on the insurance company to get the funds to cover the damage. When Fred did the walk through at the end of the project, there were a few areas that he didn't feel met their quality standards (not anything we would have seen as the consumer). Hometown Roofing did a great job for us. Darrin, our sales person, came out and reviewed the damage with our insurance adjustor and I think he was instrumental in identifying a number of repairs that needed done that the adjustor (and I) may have missed on our own. He came over with his samples and we picked a color that works great with our house. We also replaced our gutters and the color there looks amazing; perfect match with our house. Both the roofing and gutter teams were fast (came home from work about 2:00 and the roof was already done, the place cleaned up and dumpster was gone). Gutters also went surprisingly fast - the work looks great.

I don't like to review much considering I want to see if the product or service works well over time. In this case, we had our roof redone a few years ago now and I can happily say everything was done according to plan, and not a single issue has come up since. I had wind damage that wrecked roof, gutter guards, skylights, damage to ceiling and walls from leakage. They handled/contracted every aspect of repairs. They made sure I paid no more than my deductible. Darrin communicated throughout whole process and was very knowledgeable. Brandon wrote several letters to my insurance requesting additional funds which were always successful requests. All their skilled workers/painters etc were hard working. Very ethical business you can trust.

Darrin R. came to my house today for a roof inspection. I figured there was damage from last year's storms as several of my neighbors had their roofs replaced. Darrin told me that my roof was in reasonably good shape and there was no reason to replace the shingles at this time. With the previous storms that we had in the metro area, majority of roofers were already packed to the brim with jobs and work orders. With this being said, hometown roofing not only found time for our repairs but was out there the following week, documented all of the damages and ordered everything within a couple weeks. From start to finish, their project manager Cameron was very communicative and answered all of my questions within the same day. Not only was communication superb but they also found some more repairs needed, notified us and was out the same day to diagnose and order the new parts. Highly recommend - Fred from Hometown roofing stopped the leaking in my dining room ceiling! I've had two other roofing companies look into this same issue in the past with no luck and it had become a much worse leak thanks to the recent Omaha storms. He found a hole hiding in a corner, switched out some roofing nails, as well as gave us excellent guidance on routing the gutter another direction. It's now dry inside!

Darrin Richardson was our sales rep and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He worked with our Insurance company to get everything that should be covered from the hail damage, covered and paid by insurnace. We didn't have to do any leg work on that. The company kept us posted on all progress from start to finish. The installers came and did an excellent job in a timely manner replacing the roof, gutters, fascia and window and door trim. We were very pleased with their company and service and sales and we will recommend them over and over for roof, siding, and gutter needs.

Along with lots of others Im having an issue with condensation in my attic. Fred at HOMETOWN roofing came out and honestly Ive never had a better experience. He was very informative about what was happening and what needed to be done to resolve the problem. While the company couldnt fix the insulation issue he did help me get a dehumidifier up in the attic to start to resolve the problem. And when there was an issue with the dehumidifier he came back and put in the new one id bought. All as a curtsy call. What a nice human being and a great company. I really appreciated the help. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had a leak in the eaves of our house, called Hometown for an estimate. Darrin is always fantastic to work with, and set great expectations for what some of the challenges might be based on the tight space they needed to work in. The estimate was very reasonable. Once we agreed to the estimate, they got the work completed efficiently with minimal disruption to our schedule (plus, they got it done before the snow fell!) Hometown Roofing was amazing to work with when we needed repairs from a hail storm. I had to call them out for a leak in my roof. They responded quickly and treated me with professionalism. Im in a bit of a bind financially and insurance was not going to help, so they worked out a deal with me that allowed the main issue to be fixed without breaking my wallet. Fred is the one I worked with, and I would certainly do business with him again. If I had anything constructive to add, it would be regarding a bit of a wait I went through between first talking to them and the leak actually getting fixed - they didnt come out until about a week and a half after when they originally said theyd be out to do the fix. Despite this, Fred still communicated with me and did make sure the job got done, so no hard feelings there.

They did a wonderful job all the way around! Darrin was great to work with, too! If I had any questions, he was always willing to answer.

When replacing a piece ofmy soffits famaged in a wind storm yhe technician noticed that my gutters were not tipped correctly and watet was pouring behind them rather then into the gutters. Hometown Roofing did a great job of repairing the problem. I have had them for other issues not caused by their installations. I have always been very satisfied with their work.

I couldnt have asked for a better contractor than Jeff at Hometown Roofing. As a new homeowner, I was overwhelmed with how to best take care of sudden hail damage. Jeff was my best advocate throughout the process. He was patient, informative, driven, and trustworthy. He filed claims, refiled them, inspected, reinspected, etc., without hesitation, to ensure I'd be covered fairly by my insurance policy, despite the insurance company creating barrier after barrier. It became apparent that not every contractor is as dedicated, kind, or helpful in this regard. He communicated frequently and clearly, and even helped me make decisions when I was feeling indecisive about siding/roofing/gutter/awning styles and colors, to ensure that I'd be happy with my new exterior. His attention to detail and standards of high-quality work were apparent every step of the way. His team of workers were all professional, kind, and hard working. My house looks brand new thanks to Jeff and his team. Hometown roofing is 10/10 and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I would like to thank Fred Grogan for his expert and honest advise he offered us. We thought we might have a roof issue, but after exam he determined no problems and therefore didnt try to sell us unneeded product. If I could give 6 stars I would. Darrin was beyond the expectations you would expect. Not only did he inspect my roof, but he noticed a few things on the roof my children had thrown up there. I called Hometown Roofing to request information about industry standards and contracts since I recently had my roof completed and felt that I was being dealt with unfairly by the company that had completed my roofing project. A storm brought a tree down on our roof. Darrin came out same day, provided an estimate and got the work started immediately. Couldn't be happier.

We worked with Hometown to have our roof replaced after a massive hail storm. In short, I would 100% recommend them and use them again if we needed more roof or gutter work. They were super easy to work with: our primary contact was Darrin. Any time I called the office with questions, I had a callback from Darrin in under an hour. They helped us address an insurance problem (we needed additional photos) after they had completed the work and were already paid. The photos were sent to us in under an hour of our request. The actual roof replacement was fast and easy for us. The crew cleaned up the surrounding area. I'd highly recommend working with Hometown. We've worked with several contractors for various house projects over the years and the experience with Hometown has been the best thus far. The only comment is that Hometown had us sign a contract up front that we would use them for all roof repairs under our home insurance claim and to pay them the full amount provided to us on the claim. It worked well for us, and they did a great job, but we were unable to compare prices between roofing companies.

Highly recommend this company! We tried working with a different roofing company. They sent someone inexperienced without the correct tools he needed to even check out what our roof problem was. Their office was unorganized and they sent their worker to the wrong house twice. It took forever for them to see us. We decided to call Hometown Roofing instead and they were so much more professional! Their specialist, Fred, came the day after we called and was very courteous and experienced. He had the correct tools needed to figure out what our problem was, and it turned out to be much more minor than we originally thought. You could tell he wasnt out to make a buck off us and truly wanted to help! We will use them in the future if we ever have roofing needs.
